    可用于不同氣候區、不同建筑節能標準、不同防火等級、不通風基層墻體、不同新舊建筑物外墻外保溫工程。
    A、基層外墻清理、彈控制線、套方、吊垂直線;
    B、保溫板粘貼采用邊框法涂抹聚合物粘貼砂漿; 
    C、粘貼無機發泡保溫板,粘貼面積不小于60%,上下排列錯縫,勒腳底部適當留空,拼縫處不涂抹膠粘劑;
    D、在已貼好的保溫板表面涂抹第一遍聚合物抗裂砂漿;
    E、安裝機械錨固件;
    F、滿鋪耐堿波纖維網格布,同時抹第二遍抗裂砂漿,直到將網格布安全覆蓋住,抗裂砂漿總厚度不超過3-5mm;
    G、根據設計要求粘飾外飾層(涂料、面磚)。

    水泥發泡保溫板生產線是我公司順應市場需求最新研發的成套設備。該生產線將工藝流程劃分為攪拌系統、循環澆注系統、脫模系統、切割系統、包裝系統、儲存系統、廢料破碎回收系統,全套生產線可實現班產量100-600m3,全部利用PLC控制系統控制生產流程,節省人工,提高生產效率,所需人工3-6人,大大降低成本。

    A. Cleaning of exterior walls at the grassroots level, snapping control lines, lining, and hanging straight lines;
    B. The insulation board is pasted using the frame method to apply polymer adhesive mortar;
    C. Paste inorganic foam insulation board with a bonding area of not less than 60%, with staggered joints arranged up and down, and appropriate gaps left at the bottom of the plinth. Do not apply adhesive at the joints;
    D. Apply the first coat of polymer crack resistant mortar on the surface of the already installed insulation board;
    E. Install mechanical anchors;
    F. Fully lay alkali resistant fiber mesh cloth and apply a second layer of crack resistant mortar until the mesh cloth is safely covered. The total thickness of crack resistant mortar should not exceed 3-5mm;
    G. Adhere the exterior decorative layer (paint, tiles) according to the design requirements.

    The cement foam insulation board production line is a complete set of equipment developed by our company to meet market demand. This production line divides the process flow into a mixing system, a circulating pouring system, a demolding system, a cutting system, a packaging system, a storage system, and a waste crushing and recycling system. The entire production line can achieve a shift output of 100-600m3, all controlled by a PLC control system to save labor and improve production efficiency. It requires 3-6 people, greatly reducing costs.

    攪拌系統 Stirring system

    螺旋上料、自動配比、自動計量、計量更精確,可實現水泥、粉煤灰、水的自動計量,其他原材料由人工輔助添加,均采用二次配比和二次計量,減少了粉塵污染。

    循環澆注系統 Circulating pouring system

    采用液壓推進循環,使澆注完的產品在循環過程中運行更平穩,不影響產品發泡的效果,推進以液壓為動力,減少了設備故障率及成品的破損率。

    切割系統 Cutting system

    整線采用流水作業,坯塊無需搬運。從坯料定位導向上線→水平兩面切割→四鋸垂直切割→自動90°翻轉→切割為成品板→成品板塑封機包裝件。
